Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Your MicroWedding

 

Can I customize my Wine Country MicroWedding?

Wine Country MicroWeddings are designed to be effortless experiences for both the couple and the guests. We have pre-selected everything from flowers, arch, table settings, music, cake and decor in order to keep your costs down and remove all of the stress from your special day. Our negotiations with the venue and our vendors for bulk pricing make your stylish wine country wedding ultra-affordable.

What can I do to personalize my ceremony?

Your dress and suit, your hair, shoes, the invitations you send, your guest list, getaway car and all the other events before and after your MicroWedding are customizable to your taste. 


We also encourage our couples to provide personalized vows, ask their guests to dress in matching colors and provide their own music for the final video. These things are not necessary, however, and you can just arrive at your scheduled time and not worry about a thing!

How do you choose the design scheme?

Our team takes their creative cues from current trends, seasonal colorways and timeless traditions. We work hard to create a visually appealing theme that appeals to a wide variety of tastes and styles and looks beautiful in photos and on video.

Are the floral arrangements fresh?

Yes. All of the decor flowers, centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnières are made by hand from fresh cut flowers specifically for your MicroWedding.

Can I bring my own bouquet and boutonniere?

You may, but we cannot offer discounts if you do. Our pricing is based on bulk orders.

Why is my MicroWedding only available on these days?

The venue we scheduled is a private vineyard estate that hosts grand weddings throughout the year. We have selected these dates because of their availability and the willingness of the owners to make the space available to you.

Can I schedule a MicroWedding on a different day?

Unfortunately, the only days currently available in 2020 are the ones currently scheduled. Sign up on our Home Page for alerts about our 2021 dates.

Can we write our own vows?

We hope you do! When you book your MicroWedding, we well send out forms to help you craft personal, heartfelt vows that are all yours. You can also rely on the vows that we provide during the service. There’s no pressure!

Will there be live music?

We are currently researching this option. As of writing this, California AB5, signed into law on January 1, 2020, makes it illegal for us to hire freelance musicians without making them employees of the company. If this law changes, we will be able to pursue live music options for Wine Country MicroWeddings. As for now, visit our Gallery to listen to our music selections for your MicroWedding.

What if my wedding party is running late?

We have built in a very generous arrival window to accommodate life’s unexpected challenges. We strongly encourage on-time arrival. If you are running late, we cannot extend your time and will have a shorter version of your MicroWedding. Please be on time.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Due to our pre-negotiated pricing, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances. We may, however, be able to reschedule you for another day if we have the time available.

Is my MicroWedding non-denominational?

It is. However, you are invited to bring your own officiant if you would like to have a clergy member perform the ceremony.

Can I serve lunch or dinner at my MicroWedding?

Your MicroWedding includes cake service and non-alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer meals at this time, but please view our Pre- and Post-Ceremony page to book meals for your special day.

Will there be wine at my MicroWedding?

You are welcome to bring up to four (4) bottles of wine to share at your microwedding. We will provide glassware and openers, but we cannot serve your wine for you.

Where will the bride and groom get dressed?

The bride and the groom will arrive dressed. We do not have facilities for dressing. Should the bride desire to keep her look private until the ceremony, we can usher the guests to their seats before the bride arrives.

Can we invite a dog to our MicroWedding?

You may bring two leashed dogs to your MicroWedding, and they will need to be monitored by a guest and cleaned up after. We strongly encourage dressing them for the occasion. We will provide water and treats for our canine guests.

Do you offer transportation to and from my MicroWedding?

We can provide luxury transportation for 12 guests for your entire day, including any after-wedding events, for $175 per hour, tax and tip included. Contact us for more information.

Are there any hidden costs with my MicroWedding?

Your MicroWedding cost includes every element of your wedding, taxes, service fees and gratuities. There are no hidden costs or surcharges.

Do the photos and video show an accurate version of my MicroWedding?

If you are reading these FAQs before April 2020, then no. We are getting a full suite of photos of video and photography in early April and will post them as soon as they are available. Sign up for updates and we will let you know when they are ready for viewing.

Can we take our own photos and video?

Everyone is encouraged to take photos and video and post on social media during and after your MicroWedding.

Can my spouse and I have a Micro Vow Renewal?
